The river has a layer of red resin that that is topped with an assortment of mini billiard balls and then finished off with clear resin. Just fun and cool.
The bottom of the tray has feet installed to keep it from moving around. Get this one today, it is the only one.
Finally for the finish, I covered the entire surface and sides of the board with a bar top grade resin, this stabilizes the splated wood, protects the surface, and gets the billiard balls to pop.
