Tasting Flight Set, Personalized and Custom Engraving. Glencairn, Barbary, or Shot Glass Display
Let's face it we all love compliments and this Whiskey Tasting Flight Board will get them for you. We decorate our homes with items that we love, that we use, and that start conversations. I can say this board fits the bill for all three in my household and it will for you as well. When you serve your drinks on this people will just want to talk and share a good story.
A new addition to BCN Woodcrafts, a simply yet classy tasting flight to use everyday or for your tasting events. This flight is made from solid poplar, which is a very stable and of course sustainable wood. I finish it with a red mahogany stain to get the grain to pop and to darken the wood to what I consider to be the perfect color for whiskey, bourbon, or beer tastings. If you want a different shade let me know and I will see what I can do.
The board is 16" long x 5.5" wide x .75" thick. The four holes can be bored into the wood in various sizes to easily hold a Glencairn glass for whiskey or bourbon, or a barbay glass for a beer sampling, or shot glasses. I offer this board with or without the glasses. The bottom of the board will have non slip rubber feet attached.
Finally the entire board is coated with a clear enamel to keep it safe from the occasional drip or spill.
For the personalization, it is not a huge space, so we need to keep it simple. A Monogram, Initials, a name, let me know what you are thinking and I will see if I can make it work. Some images are possible, but if it is copyrighted or owned by someone else it is definitely a no go. The final engraving will be hand painted with a black oil based enamel to keep it looking great.
